In re Larry Bethley, applying for Remedial Writs. Parish of E. Baton Rouge, No. 12-78-210. Writ denied. The appeal from relator’s conviction has a return date of November 5, 1979 to this Court. His complaint of ineffective counsel was apparently not raised in the trial court and, at any rate, will not be considered pending hearing of the appeal.
