In re State of Louisiana, applying for writ of certiorari, mandamus, and prohibition. Parish of Orleans. No. 270-676. Writ granted. All proceedings stayed until further orders of this Court; however, the State may avoid upsetting the trial by answering Interrogatory # 24 in which event this writ will be mooted.
