In re: Charles W. Hair, Jr., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 12,812. 373 So.2d 1371 . Denied. DIXON, J., concurs in the denial although it is an irreparable injury to deny a trial by jury, and such a denial is appealable, it would be vain and useless in this case, since there is no right to a jury trial in a partition suit.
