In re Hon. Charles R. Ward, Judge, Section A, Criminal District Court, applying for reconsideration of writ granted on January 11,1980. Parish of Orleans. No. 249-486. *77 Previous writ recalled. Defendant’s conviction and sentence previously affirmed on appeal. Hence, no basis for out-of-time appeal. There being no merit to relator’s other claims, the writ is denied.
