In re John Roberts, Sr., applying for writ of habeas corpus. Parish of Tangipahoa. No. 41944. Writ granted. It is ordered that the trial court hold an evidentiary hearing to determine whether the petitioner knowingly entered his plea of guilty, in light of his allegations that he thought he could serve his sentence in Tangipahoa on work-release. SUMMERS, C. J., and BLANCHE, J., dissent.
