In re Robert D. Stokes, applying for writ of habeas corpus. Parish of Beauregard. No. C-661 — 79. Writ granted. Remanded for an eviden-tiary hearing on whether there was an intelligent waiver of counsel at time guilty plea was entered January 13, 1961. See Kitchens v. Smith, 401 U.S. 847 , 91 S.Ct. 1089 , 28 L.Ed.2d 519 (1971) and Hall v. Henderson, 318 So.2d 12 (La.1975). BLANCHE, J., would deny the writ.
