In re State of Louisiana through the District Attorney, Harry F. Connick, applying for rehearing on writ of certiorari granted on January 17, 1980. Orleans Parish. Previous writ recalled. The trial judge is ordered to permit relator to listen and copy from the tapes of all previous proceedings and furnish relator with copies of transcripts of any previous proceedings which have been transcribed and to grant a reasonable continuance to accomplish same if necessary.
