In re John F. Boissiere applying for remedial writs. Parish of West Feliciana. No. 60,324. Denied. DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., would grant the writ. There was nothing more than an attempted escape. DENNIS, J., would grant the writ. There was no departure from a place where defendant was legally confined. See State v. Gaines, 372 So.2d 552 .
