In re Errol Kelly, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Orleans. No. 274-463. Granted. An evidentiary hearing is ordered forthwith to determine whether relator had notice of the court session at which he was obligated to appear; the trial judge shall permit the defense to produce witnesses to testify.
