His Honor, CHARLES F. CLAIBORNE, rendered the opinion and decree of the Court, as follows: In accordance with the consent of parties herein: It is ordered that the exceptions herein filed by Guy J. Ray be overruled and that the judgment herein in his favor be reversed and that this cause be remanded for further proceedings, the cost of appeal to be paid by. said Guy J. Ray. Judgment reversed by consent and case remanded.
