In re Chris Owens, applying for certiora-ri, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of St. Charles. 379 So.2d 876 . Writ granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and the case is remanded to the trial court for a hearing on the Exception of Prescription after service in accordance with law.
