In re Gregory Sockwell applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Orleans. Denied. Criminal district court states that the transcript was sent to relator on February 12, 1980. A check with the mail room at Angola indicates receipt by the prison of mail for relator from Criminal District Court on February 25, 1980. It thus appears that the transcript has been received.
