ELLIS, Judge. This is a companion case to the case of Red Ball Motor Freight, Inc. v. Rockco, 195 So.2d 720 , (La.App.1967), decided by us. this date. For the reasons set forth in that opinion, the judgment of the trial court herein is affirmed. Affirmed.
