DOUCET, Judge. This is a companion case consolidated for trial with Rachal v. Natchitoches Parish Police Jury, 370 So.2d 183 , our docket No. 6935. Separate decisions in these cases are being rendered by us this date. For the reasons assigned in Rachal v. Natchitoches Parish Police Jury, 370 So.2d 183 , our docket No. 6935, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are assessed against plaintiff-appellant. AFFIRMED.
