STOKER, Judge. This is a companion case to the matter entitled “Doshie F. Ainsworth, et vir., versus Bituminous Casualty Corporation, et ah, Number 7285”, on the docket of this court, 379 So.2d 1187 . For the reasons assigned therein, the judgment in favor of defendant, Clyde Nichols, is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
