J. ADOLPH MENUET, Judge pro tem. For the reasons assigned in the case of Farwell v. Milliken & Farwell, Inc., La. App., 145 So.2d 644 , the judgment of the District Court maintaining exceptions of no right and no cause of action to the petitions of plaintiff be and the same is hereby affirmed. Affirmed.
