ON REHEARING Before McBRIDE, REGAN, YARRUT, SAMUEL and CHASEZ, JJ. CHASEZ, Judge. A careful reconsideration and thorough analysis of this matter convinces us that the former opinion and decree of this Court are correct and that they should be reinstated. For the reasons assigned, our original opinion and decree herein are hereby reinstated and made the final judgment of this Court. Original decree reinstated.
