BAILES, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of X-L Finance Co., Inc. v. Gregoire et al, La.App., 217 So.2d 463 . The judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Appellant is cast for the cost of this appeal. Affirmed.
