Opinion text
FORET, Judge, concurring. I concur with the majority in its affirmation of the trial court’s award of $50,000.00 as general damages. In the pre-Coco and Reck era, I would have been inclined to reduce the award as being excessive considering existing jurisprudence. However, Coco and Reck have changed all that. Accordingly, I will respectfully concur in the majority’s affirmance of the quantum award in this case.
