BEER, Judge, concurring. Although I cannot conclude that the trial judge manifestly erred in his factual determinations, I am of the view that the traffic signal plan at this intersection was so confusing that Mr. Snell — in spite of his alleged familiarity with it — was misled. Accordingly, I respectfully concur.
