GLADNEY, Judge. The issues herein involved are identical with those this day decided in Tremont Lumber Company v. Lacas, La.App., 62 So.2d 665 . The motion to dismiss the app'eal is sustained and the -appeal is hereby dismissed. Appellant is cast for all costs.
