Smith, Jr. for admission to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana and on considering the report of the Commissioner filed in this matter, IT IS ORDERED that James E. Smith, Jr. be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana. MARCUS and BLANCHE, JJ., would deny the application.
