In re Jefferson Avery, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus, and stay order. Parish of Caddo. No. W-838 (City Court). Writ denied. We decline to exercise our supervisory jurisdiction. Relator’s remedy is to appeal to the District Court in the event of conviction. DIXON, C. J„ and WATSON, J., would grant the writ.
