In re Carl and Bettye Perry, applying for writ of certiorari, review and mandamus, and stay order, East Baton Rouge Parish, Nos. 5-80-7, 8, 10, 12, 13; 5-80-5, 6, 9, 11; 5-80-7, 8, 10, 12, 13. Granted. The district court is ordered to grant a jury trial. C.Cr.P. art. 706; State v. Nettleton, 367 So.2d 755 (La.1979). MARCUS, J., would deny the writ.
