In re Larry Wayne Grubbs, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Ouachita. No. 56906. *238 Granted. The trial court ruling on motion to quash is reversed. The case is remanded for further proceedings. See State v. Jones, 404 So.2d 1192 (La.1981). BLANCHE, J., would grant the writ and set for argument. WATSON, J., dissents.
