GLADNEY, Judge. This case is a companion case with that of Skinner v. Poston, La.App., 71 So.2d 702 . Issues of fact and law are substantially the same in each case, and, therefore, for the reasons stated in the opinion in 71 So.2d 702 , the judgment from which appealed is affirmed at appellant’s • cost.
