In re Sherman A. Bernard, applying for certiorari or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of East Baton Rouge. 398 So.2d 1134 . Granted. The district court judgment is reinstated and the court of appeal judgment is vacated. Otherwise the writ is denied. BLANCHE, J., would grant the writ.
