In re Mr. and Mrs. Gary Adams, applying for certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. No. 12245. Parish of Jefferson. Writ granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and set aside and the matter is remanded to the juvenile court for further proceedings in accordance with law. The juvenile court is further to conduct said proceedings forthwith.
