DIXON, C. J., would grant and remand for review under proper appellate standards. The standard of review from Crump v. Hartford Acc. & Indem. Co., 367 So.2d 300 (La.1979) is not correct. See Arceneaux v. Domingue, 365 So.2d 1330 (La.1978).
