In re State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of Ascension. 399 So.2d 655 . Granted. Judgment of Court of Appeal is reversed. All issues are triable by jury. See, Barberito v. Green, 275 So.2d 407 (La. 1973). LEMMON, J., dissents from order.
