In re Paul H. Ramos, applying for writ of certiorari or review, to the Fourth Circuit, Court of Appeal. Parish of Orleans. 399 So.2d 1266 . Denied. Relator can escape the provisions of the injunction of which he complains by trimming his tree back to the property line for the tree’s entire height. LEMMON, J., recused.
