In re Lucy Marie Bouffaine Bousegard, applying for writs of certiorari, to the First Circuit, Court of Appeal. Parish of St. Mary. 405 So.2d 1236 . Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. The case is remanded for trial on the merits.
