In re Peter A. Terracina, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus. Parish of Caddo. No. 114353. Writ granted. The trial judge is overruled on the ruling complained of in assignment number 2. Defendant is permitted to examine the investigating officers about statements made to them by Robert Charles Williams for the purpose of impeaching his testimony.
