In re Leonard Robertson, applying for remedial or supervisory writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 83976. Granted in part and denied in part. The motion to quash is denied. The defendant is entitled, however, to summon out of state witness. C.Cr.P. arts. 738-745 are applicable to city court. C.Cr.P. art. 15.
