In re Ronald Burnette, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Caddo. No. 117734. Writ denied. The sheriff promptly brought the arrested person before a judge for the purpose of appointment of counsel, and counsel was appointed within 72 hours of the sheriff’s acquisition of custody.
