In re Robert Heath, applying for remedial writs, and a stay order. Parish of Orleans. No. 282-083. Denied. DIXON, C. J., concurs in the denial. There is an extradition hearing set on Monday, June 1. If relator is illegally prejudiced at that hearing, he may obtain a stay order and apply to this Court for relief.
