In re State of Louisiana, applying for writ of certiorari. Parish of Orleans. No. 230-484. Denied. Rulings on the admissibility of evidence must normally be made at trial at the time the evidence is offered. WATSON, J., concurs, but is of the opinion that the ruling of the trial court is clearly incorrect.
