In re James E. Copeland, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and a stay order. Parish of Tangipahoa. No. 44713. Construing the trial judge’s order of September 8, 1981 as a recusal of himself from the case, he is hereby recused and the order for defense counsel to appear on September 9, 1981 is vacated.
