In re Thomas Philips, applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Orleans. No. 268-481 Sec. G. Granted. Trial court is ordered to fix a new return date in this matter ninety (90) days from the date of this order. In this regard the transcript shall be furnished at least fifteen days prior to the return date. See C.Cr.P. art. 919 as amended by Acts 1980, # 537.
