FRUGÉ, Judge. The facts and issues of this appeal have been discussed in the companion case of Bellard v. Texas Services, Incorporated, La.App., 151 So.2d 694 . For the reasons there set forth, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and plaintiff’s suit is dismissed; plaintiff to pay all costs of this appeal. Reversed.
