HARDY, Judge. This is a companion suit to that of Jowers against the same defendants, 76 So.2d 99 , and was consolidated with said case for purposes of trial. The facts and the law involved are identical with the Jow-ers case and for the reasons therein assigned ; It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from in the instant case be and it is hereby affirmed at appellant’s cost.
