GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons this day assigned in the companion suit bearing out docket number 82 — 48, Sline Industrial Painters, Inc. v. Cleveland Godeau, et al., 417 So.2d 82 , La.App., the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Sline Industrial Painters, Inc. is cast for all costs of this appeal. AFFIRMED.
