In re Karlan P. Greene, Randall Greene and Walter Noel, applying for certiorari or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit. Parish of Vermilion. 406 So.2d 1360 , and 406 So.2d 1373 . Denied. LEMMON, J., would grant and remand to the trial court for introduction and consideration of evidence of severance damages. CALOGERO, J., would grant the writ.
