DIXON, Chief Justice, concurring. Although this is a summary proceeding under provisions of R.S. 40:1299.47(C)(6) the judgment is not “interlocutory.” It denied the only relief sought, and is a final, appeal-able judgment. LEMMON, J., concurs and assigns reasons.
