In re Rosa Layssard LaCour, et al, applying for writs of certiorari or review. Court of Appeal, Third Circuit. Parish of Rap-ides. No. 8560. 412 So.2d 135 . Denied. The result is correct. See Succession of Clivens, 426 So.2d 585 (La.1983) and Harlaux v. Harlaux, 426 So.2d 602 (La.1983). DIXON, C.J., and LEMMON and WATSON, JJ., would grant the writ.
