In re Lorenza Armont, applying for writs of certiorari (review). St. John the Baptist Parish. No. 54-81. Granted. Since the argument discloses that the object of the “robbery” was an infant and since people are not subject to ownership, the bill of information charging armed robbery is quashed. MARCUS, J., dissents from the order and would deny the writ.
