In re Susan Walsh, applying for writ of certiorari, mandamus and review. Parish of Orleans. No. S-82-1034. Granted. Relator’s motion states facts sufficient to warrant an evidentiary hearing. The New Orleans Municipal Judges are therefore ordered to transfer relator’s motion to recuse to the Criminal District Court for a hearing. WATSON, J., dissents from the order.
