In re Vaj Stout, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Sabine. No. 29925. *942 Denied. The conviction and sentence are reversed. The log book entries furnished this court do not show that the ampules were tested. The P.E.I. test results were improperly admitted.
