In re Brent Ludwig, applying for a supervisory writ and stay order. Orleans Parish. Criminal District Court. No. 290102. Stay order denied. Inasmuch as the bill of information has been quashed, no proceedings in the trial court appear to be forthcoming. Relator’s application for writs will be considered in this Court after the State’s appeal is lodged here.
