In re Tyronne Barrow, applying for writs of certiorari and review. Parish of Orleans. No. 250-407. Granted. An evidentiary hearing is ordered on the sufficiency of the Boykin exam relative to the 1974 conviction. The matter is transferred to section C of the Criminal District Court. MARCUS, BLANCHE and LEMMON, JJ., dissent.
